Faq’s – A to Z Sale Shop


Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!

If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. This will also be repeated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date.

If 5 working days has elapsed after the proposed dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details.

We accept payment from debit or credit cards – American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal, Amazon Payments, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Your gift card should appear in your emails within 24 hours of purchasing. If you have still not received it after this time frame, please contact our Customer Service team with your order order and we will resend your gift card details to you.

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please keep your eyes on our website and social media for new launches!
